What is the 'Cleaning Angel Safeguard Door to Door Service'?

This is a door to door service between Cleaning Angel and you, facilitated by our own vans and drivers. We will make arrangements with you for a suitable day for collection and/or return.  Your dress is picked up from your home or workplace and delivered to us directly - from the moment we collect to the moment we deliver back to you, your dress never leaves our care!

What is involved with a courier service?

We use two different courier services - DPD and GLS. We find that DPD is the more reliable service, however you must be able to print out a label to use this service.  If you don't have access to a printer, then GLS can be used, however in our experience they are less reliable for collection times.

Please note, use of a courier it at your own risk and we are happy to facilitate courier insurance.  If there are any issues with the courier service, please contact them directly. 

€25 each way. Courier collection is at your own risk. Insurance costs extra.

This service is optional, however as the courier is completely out of our control, if you choose not to insure your dress, anything that may happen whilst in transit, is entirely at your own risk.

Please note: If you have ordered a box, your dress will be carefully placed in a box before it leaves Cleaning Angel, however it's very likely that your dress will move in the box during transit.  As your dress will be outside our control during transit, we advise you to take out courier insurance (select above). 

If you have not chosen a box, then your dress will be returned in a fresh plastic cover.
