Our Approach & Guarantee
Our approach is to examine every inch of your wedding gown and treat every stain in the most appropriate manner to that stain, so it could be steam, high pressure air, simple brushing or one of a range of specialist solvents. This means that a wine stain gets treated with a different specialist solvent to say a tea stain. Once all the stains have been treated, we then clean the gown. Once cleaned, we re-examine the entirety of the dress to see if any of the stains are still there. Our guarantee is that we will continue to re-treat and re-clean the dress until either the stain stops improving or the stain has come out entirely. Though time consuming, this is the very best way to clean wedding dresses.

Our white and gold boxes come in two sizes which cater for almost all wedding dresses and our hand made wedding boxes come in fives different sizes to cater for every size dress. We keep all of these sizes and types in stock at all times, so you can leave the decision on whether to go with a box to the last minute.
All of these preservation boxes are museum archival quality boxes suitable to keeping your dress for years to come. As well as our museum quality acid-free and lignan-free standard preservation box, we also have handmade boxes and even custom hand made boxes where you choose the designs etc. We hold a wide variety of sizes for all boxes in stock, on site, at all times.
All of our preservation boxes are acid-free & lignan-free museum archival quality boxes suitable to keeping your dress for many, many years. Our ‘standard box’ is made in the USA and is the best wedding dress box we have found. For something a little more special, we have hand-made wedding dress boxes. We hold a wide variety of sizes of our hand-made preservation box, which is in a gorgeous cream and ivory with a satin ribbon bow (we have provided these to RTE TV as they look so good!). There is also a custom version of the hand-made box, where you choose the outside material, an inscription inside the box and the box is made specifically to measure for your dress. Please note that custom hand made boxes take several weeks.
